Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Lucas will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at 8:00 AM at the Lucas City Annex, 185 Country Club Road, Lucas, Texas, at which time the following Agenda will be discussed.

Regular Agenda

1) Discuss and consider the Petition filed by Lavon 593 Land Investment Partners, L.P. a Texas limited partnership; requesting consent for the creation of a water control and improvement district within the extraterritorial jurisdiction (“ETJ”) of the City.

2) Discuss and consider the 1st Amendment to the Development Agreement by and between the City and Willow Park Developments, Inc. regarding The Ranch at Pecan Grove.

3) Adjournment.

As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of the Texas Government Code, the City Council may

convene into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any time during the meeting.
