As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of the Local Government Code, the City Council may convene into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any time during the meeting.

As of today June 6, 2007, I am officially submitting this letter as intent to terminate my employment with the City of Lucas. Please allow this letter to serve as my 30 day notice.
