NOTICE is hereby given that the Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Lucas will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lucas City Annex, 185 Country Club Road, Lucas, Texas, at which time the following Agenda will be discussed.

The Planning & Zoning Commission invites citizens to speak on any City business item. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, comments of public interest will be heard, but no action may be taken by the Planning & Zoning other than to refer the item to a future agenda. Please complete and submit to the City Administrator a “Public Meeting Appearance” sheet prior to the meeting.

The Action Items are intended to provide the Commission the opportunity to discuss the issue at hand and ask questions of the applicant. Generally, the public is not to comment during this time; however, the Chairperson may make an exception.

2) Discuss and Consider the approval of the minutes from the Planning & Zoning

Commission September 13, 2007 Regular Meeting.

3) Discuss and Consider the site plan for Grace Evangelical Church.

4) Discuss and Consider the proposed zoning use table. [Olk]

5) Discuss and Consider propose change to the Master Park Plan to require multiuse trails within new developments. [Van Houten]
