that the Special Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of

The Planning & Zoning
Commission invites citizens to speak on any City business item. In accordance
with the Open Meetings Act, comments of public interest will be heard, but no
action may be taken by the Planning & Zoning other than to refer the item
to a future agenda. Please complete and submit to the City Administrator a “Public
Meeting Appearance” sheet prior to the meeting.
1) Citizen’s Comments.
Public Hearings
The Public Hearing agenda
is provided for the purpose of allowing citizens to ask specific questions
regarding only the subject posted for the Public Hearing. Generally the Public
Hearing is required by State Law and a record of those attending the Public
Hearing is maintained as part of the official record of the proceedings.

As authorized by Section
551.071 (2) of the Local Government Code, the Planning and Zoning Commission may
convene into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential
legal advice from the City Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any
time during the meeting.
