Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Home Rule Charter Commission of the City of Lucas will be held on Monday, October 29, 2007, at 7:00 PM at the Lucas City Annex, 185 Country Club Road, Lucas, Texas, at which time the following Agenda will be discussed.

1.1 Discuss and Consider the resignation of Larry Essary from the Home Rule Charter Commission.

1.2 Discuss and Consider the commission’s belief whether Chairman Cheryl Massey’s continued involvement with the Home Rule Charter Commission being a detriment to the HRC and/or could cause the Charter to fail.
