Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Lucas will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007, at 7:00 PM at the Lucas City Annex, 185 Country Club Road, Lucas, Texas, at which time the following Agenda will be discussed.

Executive Session

18) City Council pursuant to §551.072 of the Texas Government Code may convene into Executive Session regarding the purchase, lease, and sale of property.

19) Take any action as necessary from the Executive Session.

As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of the Local Government Code, the City Council may

convene into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any time during the meeting.
