Open Meetings Act, comments of public interest will be heard, but no action may
be taken by the City Council other than to refer the item to a future agenda.
Please complete and submit to the City Administrator a “Public Meeting
Appearance” sheet prior to the meeting.

As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of
the Local Government Code, the City Council may convene into closed Executive
Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City
Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any time during the meeting.
