Consent Agenda
The
Consent Agenda is used to increase the efficiency of time. All items listed
under the Consent Agenda may be considered by a single motion, second and
passage by a majority vote of the Council present at the time of consideration.
Any member of Council may remove an item from the Consent Agenda prior to a
motion to act upon the agenda.
3) Consent and
approve the minutes from the January 4, 2007 City Council Regular Meeting.
4) Consent and
approve an ordinance adopting and enacting a new Code of Ordinances; providing
for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing a penalty
for the violation thereof; providing for the amendment of such code; and
providing when such code and this ordinance shall become effective.
