Executive Session
The City Council may convene in Executive Session in accordance
with the Texas Government Code. All decisions regarding the discussion of the
Executive Session must be made in Open Session.
1) City Council pursuant to §551.074 of
the Texas Government Code may convene into Executive Session regarding the
interview process for the hiring of a
Regular Agenda
2) Take any action as necessary from the
Executive Session.

the contract between Barnes Waste Disposal and the City of
4) Discuss and Consider
the contract between the North Texas Animal Control
Authority and the City of
5) Discuss and Consider Amendment No. 2
to the Interlocal Jail Services Agreement between the
City of
6) Discuss and Consider Public Safety
options including an amendment to the
contract between the Collin County Sheriff’s
Office and the City of
services.
7) Discuss and Consider
an amendment to the Paramedic Ambulance Service
agreement between the City of
8) Discuss and Consider
an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for
Placement of Roll-Off Recycling Container between the City of
9) Discuss and Consider
an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement for

10) Mayor Carmickle to review the purpose and mission of the Home
Rule Charter Commission.
11) Recess for the purpose of meeting
with individuals who wish to serve on the Home Rule Charter Commission.
12) Adjournment.
As authorized by Section
551.071 (2) of the
convene into closed Executive
Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City
Attorney regarding any item on the agenda at any time during the meeting.
