The Mayor and City
Council invites citizens to speak on any City business item. In accordance with
the Open Meetings Act, comments of public interest will be heard, but no action
may be taken by the City Council other than to refer the item to a future
agenda. Please complete and submit to the City Administrator a “Public Meeting
Appearance” sheet prior to the meeting.

Consent Agenda
The Consent Agenda is
used to increase the efficiency of time. All items listed under the Consent
Agenda may be considered by a single motion, second and passage by a majority
vote of the Council present at the time of consideration. Any member of Council
may remove an item from the Consent Agenda prior to a motion to act upon the
agenda.

Executive Session regarding the purchase and sale of property.

Local Government Code, the City Council may convene into closed Executive
